Surprise!

I remember when I was younger and couldn’t wait to check the mail when I got home from school. About the only time I look forward to checking the mail now is if I’m expecting a package.  Roman couldn’t wait today, he was so excited! Running there with the balloons made it even better. It reminds me to enjoy the simple things in life, like running to the mailbox with balloons.

This picture also makes me want to take a Photoshop class. I would have liked to experiment with the colors a little. Maybe muted everything but the balloons. Hopefully the college will offer it in January.
