Every other weekend I have Friday’s off. I am so spoiled! Every time I think of moving or working outside of the government I cringe at the idea of only having 2 days for the weekend. I had planned on finishing up the garden today and cleaning the house. Neither got done. It was horribly windy outside, and I finished up some schoolwork instead. Dont get me wrong, the basics are done in the house, so I’m not embarrassed to have people over, but I didn’t mop the floor or clean out the fridge like I had planned. Oh well, I’ll do them tomorrow…maybe. Lol! We did however go to Wal-Mart to buy some seeds that need to be started inside first.

Cute strap! I work for my local government, and ever since last July, I’ve had every Friday off (furlough days – I work four 9-hour days every week). These long weekends certainly are spoiling me – if I ever had to go back to 2 days, I’d go crazy!!

Hmmm, sometimes doing nothing on furlough days is the best (wait..I don’t get those days so….)! 🙂 I like how the seed packets are circling the pineapple! Very nice DoF…hope the class was awesome!
